To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. You have 14 days to make up your mind and to return your order without any particular reason.
You may cancel or return your order from the date you place it until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will include delivery costs and exclude the cost of the return.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing preferably by using the pre-printed return form in your parcel or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling in and submitting the standard return form you can print/download from this section.
If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please, contact our Help and we will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
We will make a full refund to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the items in our warehouse by the same method you used to pay.
HOW TO RETURN
All our parcels contain a pre-printed return form for you to use if you decide to return any items. When we have approved your returned item and you get the return code you can:
- Pack your goods in the original box (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can). Ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damages during transit.
- Fill in the returns note using the return code and put it inside the parcel. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
- Hand the parcel in a post office or pick-up point location and send it to the address provided. Remember to ask for proof of postage or keep the collection point receipt as proof of postage.
Return shipping and its costs are your responsibility.
