Shopping with us online should be as enjoyable and inspiring as easy!
When you make your first purchase you create a password-protected account with us. To make things as straightforward as possible, we will save your name and delivery address for the next time you visit, if you agree. If you would like to change your details at any time, it’s easy to do so in the ‘My Account’ section.
Don’t worry if you make a mistake or change your mind about anything – you will be able to double check and adjust your order before the final confirmation step. After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number. When your order is packed and ready to be shipped from our warehouse you’ll receive a second message, confirming that it’s on its way.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, an ANIMACONTEMPORANEA representative will contact you to settle the refund.
All orders placed before 5 pm (Central Europe time) will be processed and shipped out our warehouse within 24-48 hours (weekdays). Before delivery our products are systematically checked and tested. We protect and pack them with care in recycled or reused packs.
Orders cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed and placed. If you wish to cancel your order you will need to follow the Return Policy.
We regret that we cannot currently take online orders from every country, but you are welcome to send us an email and we will arrange your order and delivery assisting you in each purchase step.

Orders to European Countries are delivered in between 3 to 5 working days.
Please, remember shipping to select rural or remote location may result in longer shipping times. Of course the timing is provided only as an indication and we cannot be held responsible for any event beyond our control that causes delays.
We work with our trusted currier partner GLS to ensure the shipment in safe hands with an international tracking shipping service for small packages. Your can follow your order and it will typically reach you in the timescales described above. You will receive the tracking details for your parcel in your order dispatch confirmation email.

Good practice is to sign and date the receipt “goods unchecked” to have an opportunity to make a claim if necessary. Claims on goods received (for damage and substitution request) must be done within 10 days from goods arrival. Therefore it’s imperative that deliveries are fully checked asap.
We use DHL for all other countries*, customized offer will be sent for approval to your email address before the order will be processed.
If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a drop card will be put through the door to let you know. The parcel will be sent to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop for collection. You have 9 days to go and pick it up. In any case we will send you by email all details of your nearest point.
We do no ship to BP/APO/ AFO/ P.O Boxes
Delivery charges depends on weight and volume of the package and will be shown separately on the summary in your cart before check out.

When ordering goods online for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from ANIMACONTEMPORANEA, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
